Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised forever and ever. Thank you for blessing me with the gift of life today, thank you for giving me one more day to spend with those I love. Father, thank you for all your blessings in my life, my cup certainly runs over. You make my waters still, and you remove chaos from my life. You guide me with your word, your truth and your wisdom. You've forgiven me my iniquities and have kept me on your path. I have done nothing to deserve all your kind blessings, yet you continue to love me. I only pray that I may love others as you have loved me.
Father, please guard my soul from evil. Take away the trappings of greed and pride and free me from the chains that bind me up and keep me from you. I pray that you bring peace to my soul and to the land in which we live. I pray you remove pride, arrogance and hatred from this world. You have raised up the wicked in our time, and I pray that you destroy them forever. My faith is in you, and in your son, my Messiah. Through Him I have found You, and there can be no greater reward than that.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who frees us from the chains of bondage and delivers us into His arms.
