Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for waking me and for breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light to the world. Please grant me the strength and wisdom to walk in your word and spread your love. Please protect me, my family, and my home from evil and drive temptation from our lives. Please grant me a heart of forgiveness so that I may be merciful with others as you have been merciful with me. You are my strength and you are my salvation. All I am and all I have is from you my God, and I am grateful for your love.
Father, please protect my sisters Debbie and Lisa in this time of danger during the hurricane. Please protect Lori and keep them all safe and secure. May you bless those people in Florida with your mercy and make your judgement less harsh. Please keep the storm off the coast and save your people.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who protects His people from evil.
