Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light to the world. May you grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to live in your Kingdom. May you protect me, my family, and my home from evil. May you remove temptation from our lives. Father, please grant me a forgiving heart so that I may grant mercy on others as you have granted mercy upon me. All glory goes to you my Lord and there is nothing that I have that wasn't a gift from your heart.
Thank you Father, having mercy upon my sister and sparing her from the brunt of your vengeance. Thank you for showing mercy upon the people of Florida by keeping your wrath off shore. You are indeed a God of Salvation, and a God full of love and mercy. I thank you and praise you my Lord for all your love, all your mercy, and all your kindness. May your light never fade, and may your face be before me all the days of my life.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who hears His people when they cry out to Him.
