Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your holy name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for breathing life into my soul. Thank you for one more day to spend with those I love and to be your light to the world. Father, I pray that you grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk your word today; and I pray that every thought I think, every word I utter, and every action I take bring honor and glory to your name. For you are my God, and all I have in my life is a blessing and a gift from your heart. Your love is everlasting and shines even brighter than the sun, and all that is good and righteous comes from you. Thank you for bringing me home safely, for guiding the airplane on its course, and lifting it to fly through sky. Thank you granting us a pilot whom you blessed with a gift to skillfully guide us home.
Father, please grant strength to Lori today as she moves to a life on the true path you have set for her. Please continue to open her heart and I pray that she places all her trust in you. Please be with her and comfort her, guide her gently in truth and in love. Father, I also pray that Bill will gain strength and courage, and allow him to lead in the manner that you put in his heart. Please heal him and let him be the man you have made him to be. Let the love they have for each other flourish in the love that you bless them with.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who heals us with His love and His mercy.
