Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for breathing life into my soul. Thank you for one more day to spend with those I love and to be your light to the world. I pray you grant me the strength and wisdom to walk your word today; and that every thought I think, every word I utter, and every action I take brings honor and glory to your name.
Father, I ask that you keep us safe today in the storms that are coming. I pray you protect my family and my home and may your strength be our shield as your judgment rains down.
I also pray that you protect all your children, and that your voice be heard among the people of the world. I beg you to bring your children to you from the four corners of the world and that all our names are written in the Lamb's Book of Life. I ask that you keep all of us safe, and I praise you in that you are our salvation. Thank you for being there for us, and for blessing us with your Spirit as we dwell among the darkness here on earth. You are our light and it is through your righteousness and your mercy that we live.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who provides the light to drive away the darkness.
