Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the Earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you Father for bringing me to this day, for breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and another chance to be your light to the world. Please grant me the strength and wisdom to walk by your word all day today, to honor your character, and to show your love. Please, if it be your will, heal me and restore me to full health. Please help my son Alex and heal his heart, and also please help heal Jill's heart and drive away the evil within her and place in her your purpose for her.
Father, please help heal our nation. We are so divided and we are doing nothing to unite ourselves, therefore, Father, my hope lies within you. You can unite this country and it is to you I turn. Father, please forgive us our sins, and I beg you let the world see your face once more. Help them to understand that love is better than hate, and that hate leads everyone to darkness. But you are of the light, and all my hope lies in you.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who brings hope to the people who turn to Him for peace.
