Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more chance to spend time with those I love and to be your light to the world. Father, please grant strength and wisdom to walk by your word and to live out your commands. I place my trust in you, and have faith that you will lead me to the place you wish me to be. Please fill me with your knowledge and allow your fruit to grow from my actions.
Please Father, guide the world to healing, and move us away from destruction. I pray you put in the hearts of all mankind to be gentle, kind, loving and respectful of each other. Please put it in the hearts of the world to lift each other up instead of put each other down. Please let's end the killing and destruction of one another and bring peace to the nations.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who can remove the veils from our hearts and teach us how to love.
