Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the Earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and to be your light to the world. I pray you grant me the strength and wisdom to walk in your word today, and I pray you allow me to help others today and lift up the spirits of those who need lifting. Please guide me in my walk and in all the ways I go I pray you keep my waters still.
Father, please help those souls who have forgotten your face. They are cursed by the generations before them who failed to teach their children your ways and your truth. But the descendants of those people are paying the price for their fathers' sins, so please I pray that curse be broken and that the people of today have the scales removed from their eyes so they may see your face for all the glory you have to offer. I pray you remove the veil from their heart so they may open their hearts to the joys this world has to offer.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who breaks the curses and brings the blessings to those who reach out to Him.
