Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the Earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you Father for bringing me to this day for breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and to be your light to the world. I pray you grant me the strength and wisdom to walk your word today, I pray that all my thoughts and my actions glorify your name and that your love will shine through me.
Father, I pray for all those souls who have perished in the Holocaust and for the families of those victims. Hate and lust for power make people to terrible things and turn living souls into victims of that lust. Father, I pray you end this persecution of your people. I pray you guard and protect your children and that you continue to keep them on the narrow road. You set us apart from the nations, and I hold fast in my trust in you.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who calls His people to Him.
