Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the Earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and to be your light to the world. Father, I pray you grant me the strength and wisdom to walk your word today, may every thought I have and action I perform bring glory to your name.
Father, I pray you help find and rescue those poor girls from Nigeria. They were taken from their families 2 years ago and they remain in the hands of their captors. I ask that you free them from their bondage and lead them to freedom. I pray that they can find peace in their lifetimes and recover from this horrifying experience.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who frees us from the bondage of slavery.
