Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your holy name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this Sabbath day, thank you for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world. Thank you for granting me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to show your love. Thank you for all your mercies and for forgiving me the debt of my sins. Thank you for loving me so much that you gave us your only son so that I may live forever in your presence.
Father, your wonders and miracles that are with us daily, and thank you for giving us this Sabbath day. This day is sign between me and You, and mark to show you that I am yours. You have called me to be your servant and to follow in your ways. You set my foot on the path of righteousness and your lightened my heart with your Holy Spirit. You lifted me up from the wilderness and brought me to your Kingdom, just as you lifted my ancestors up from bondage and brought them to freedom in a land flowing with milk and honey. I am so thankful for all your attention and blessings you have granted me through your grace and mercy. You blessed me with a loving family, a home to live in, an occupation to bring us a life of comfort, brothers and sisters who love to study and live your word. You have blessed me with your Torah, your truth containing all your wisdom. You have given me my Messiah, the Lamb who took my sins from me and set me free. You are truly a loving, forgiving, patient, and trust-worthy Father, and you are my God.
Blessed are you O Lord our God the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob who blesses us with this Sabbath day.
