Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your holy name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this Sabbath day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world. Thank you for granting me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to show your love. Thank you for granting me the ability to forgive others by filling me with your mercy. Thank you for loving me and forgiving me the debt of my sin. Thank you for bringing me and my family home safely from our journey, and thank you for the opportunity to see this beautiful creation of your in every corner of the world.
Father, thank you so much for all of your protection and all of your mercy. Your grace and your glory are unsearchable and your presence is my light. Thank you for being in my life and for guiding my steps. Your wisdom is a lamp to righteousness and your knowledge is our truth. Thank you for blessing me with the freedom to be able to know you and to study your word. Father, all I have, I have because of you and your mercy. You are our salvation and our deliverer.
Blessed are you O Lord our God the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob who blesses us with his Sabbath day.
