Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light to the world. I pray that you grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to spread your love. I ask that you protect me, my family, and my home from evil in this world and from all wickedness. I pray that you grant me a forgiving heart so that I may hand out mercy to others as freely as you have given it to me.
Father, I am so grateful that you have given me Alex as a son. You blessed me 24 years ago today with my first son whom I redeemed from you. I pray this on his birthday, that you remove the scales from his eyes so that he may see the wonders and miracles that come from you. I ask that you remove the plugs from his ears so that he may hear your words and your commands. I pray you open his heart and remove the veil so that he may come to know his salvation through Yeshua the Messiah, and gain eternal life. Please grant him wisdom and discernment to follow you my Lord, and bless him with all your love and mercy. May you always protect him from evil and remove temptation from his life, and may he return to you with all of his heart.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who protects His children from evil and delivers them into His Kingdom.
