Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this Sabbath day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light to the world. Thank you for granting me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word. Thank you for blessing me with a forgiving heart, thank you for protecting me, my family and my home from evil. Thank you for saving me from my sinful life and delivering me into the freedom of your Kingdom for eternity. Thank you for the gift of your Torah, and thank you for bringing Kim into my life, she has been a blessing from your heart. Thank you for loving me so much that you sent us your son so that I may life forever. Your mercy, your grace, your love and your wisdom are a gift beyond our comprehension.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who blessed us with this Sabbath day.
