Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world. Father, I pray you grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to spread your love. I ask that you grant me a forgiving heart so that I may be merciful to others as freely as you have been merciful to me. Please lead me in all my ways and guide me on your path of righteousness. May you never remove your face from before me, and may I always recognize that you are the creator of all things and give glory to your name.
Father, please heal my family members as they combat their sickness. Please bring them to a swift recovery and heal them completely. I ask that you protect us during this winter, and keep us warm in the cold. Please wrap us in your comforting arms and bring us to your Kingdom for eternity.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who leads His people to freedom.
