Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light to the world. I ask that you grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to spread your love. I pray that you grant me a heart of forgiveness so that I may hand out mercy to others as freely as you have handed it to me. I pray that you protect me, my family, and my home from the evil in this world and that you keep all the evil spirits away from us. Please Father, fill our home with peace, happiness, joy, and love; above all grace us with your spirit all the days of our lives.
Father, please continue to call to your children and open up their hearts to your love. They are so blinded that they no longer believe in you. But you can bring faith back into their souls. You can deliver them from the darkness that covers them. You can break their bondage and free them into the grace, love, compassion, and blessings that you have to offer. Please help them return to you, and may they all walk in your wisdom and in your light.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who delivers His people from darkness into light.
