Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your holy name be blessed in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this Sabbath day, thank you for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world. Thank you for your never ending mercy and forgiving me the debt of my sin, for I am a broken vessel; but your Holy Spirit allows me to live a blessed life in a world filled with sin. Thank you for delivering me from my bondage and setting me free in your light. Thank you for sending us your son, Yeshua our Messiah, who suffered the penalties of the sins in my place, whom you resurrected from the dead and lifted up to you, and sat him at your right hand. You made Yeshua King over all your creation, and through him provided us a way back to you.
Father, I am so grateful for the loving character you show towards your children. I am so thankful that you are a God of promises, the one true living God of all creation. You are too immense for my comprehension, but the parts I know of you are filled with goodness, wisdom, truth, and love. Thank you for showing me your face, and for all the blessings you have placed in my life. I love you.
Blessed are you O Lord our God the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, who gave us this Sabbath day as a holy gift.
