Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and my your holy name be praised throughout the heavens above and the earth below forever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, the 8th day of the counting of the Omer, the first day of the second week. Thank you for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world. Help me Father, for I am a broken vessel. I humble myself before you O Lord and give myself up to you. I pray that you show me my path and the direction for my future, and the future of my family. Please Lord, I pray to hear your voice and feel your touch. Guide me in the way you want me to go, and open my heart to your answer. Please Father, deliver me from this fear and comfort my heart. My faith and trust lie in you my Lord, and my answer is from your heart.
Blessed are you O Lord our God the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob who leads those who trust in Him.
