Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your holy name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below forever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day - the 4th day of the counting of the Omer. Thank you for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light to the world. Please Father, fill me with your love so that your light will shine brightly before me. Please grant me the strength and wisdom to walk in your word and show your love. Help me cleanse myself of the sins of this world, and place your spirit within me so that I may be guided by you. Stay with me Lord, do not abandon me. Guide me along the path you have chosen and lead me to the land of your promise. May I never lose sight of your face and may my faith in you never waiver.
Father, I pray you help heal this world and save us from the Adversary. For this world is filled with hatred and death, but your land, the land of your promise is filled with milk and honey, with love and life. It is your land where I pray you lead me to, it is your land where my tent is pitched. Please let those who hate, turn to love. Let those who want to bring death, turn to life. Father, please open the eyes of your children and show them the goodness of your heart, the love you have for all your children. Show them your mighty works, as you did in Egypt and free us all from the evil that keeps those chains tightly woven around our spirit, free us from the bondage of the flesh and let us shine in your Spirit all the days of our lives.
Blessed are you O Lord our God, the God of our ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob who frees us from bondage and brings us the light of his life.
