Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your holy name be praised throughout the heavens above and the earth below forever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, the 5th day of the counting of the Omer. Thank you for waking me and for breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light to the world. You are my God, and you keep your promises. You are the God of my ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob whose promise you made to them continues to be fulfilled in our day. Father, continue to bring your people to the land of your promise, please forgive them their sins and welcome them into your Kingdom.
Blessed are you O Lord our God the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob who delivers his people with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm.
