Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your holy name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below forever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, the 31st day of the counting of the Omer, the third day of the fifth week of the counting of seven weeks. Thank you for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world. Father, I pray you grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to show your love. Please fill my heart with mercy so that I may be forgiving to other just as you have been forgiving with me. Please balance all my weights and measures so my judgments are all just and fair.
Father, thank you for leading me down your narrow path. It's not an easy path, but the rewards are truly great. You have blessed me beyond compare and each blessing is a miracle in my life. Your greatness knows no bounds and your wonders never cease. Your light shines through your children and you call them back to you in your heart. Father, please end the wars and the terror in this world. Let all men fear only you and not each other. Please bring peace to all the lands of the world and let every knee bend to you. You sent us your son once, but please don't let that be the end. Your word is your promise and you are a faithful God who keeps all his promises.
Blessed are you O Lord our God, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob who keeps all his promises.
