Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below forever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, the 32nd day of the counting of the omer. Thank you for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world. Father, please grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to show your love. Please fill my heart with mercy so that I may be forgiving to others as you have been to me. Please Father, I pray that you make all my weights and measures equal so that I may judge righteously all the days of my life. Father, please protect me, my family, and my home from all the evil in this world and I ask that you remove it from our midst forever.
Father, please bless the soul of Arthur. May you gather him into your kingdom and prepare a place for him at your table. I pray that you comfort his soul and bring him peace.
Blessed are you O Lord our God the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob who calls his children home to him.
