Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your holy name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below forever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, the 34th day of the counting of the Omer. Thank you for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world. Father, I pray you grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to show your love. Please fill my heart with mercy so that I may be forgiving with others as you have been with me. Please protect and guard me, my family, and my home from all the evil in this world and grant me a life filled with peace.
Father, I ask for your comfort today as we lay your child Arthur to rest. Please let your spirit be upon us and may you welcome him into your Kingdom and set a place for him at your table.
Blessed are you O Lord our God, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob who calls his children to him in his time.
