Dear Heavenly Father,

Praised are you my God and may your name be praised throughout the heavens and earth forever and ever.

Thank you for bringing me to this Sabbath day, for breathing life into my soul and for giving me one more chance to spend time with those I love and one more chance to be a light to the nations.

Thank you for the gift of my family, and for providing me a home that is full of love and full of your wisdom.  I am so grateful to have a home where your spirit lives and for your protection.  Thank you for keeping evil away from us and for blessing us with a life of peace.

Thank you for providing me a means to support my family.  Thank you for giving me work that makes a difference in the community and for blessing me with the wisdom and strength to perform my job in a kind, honest, and professional manner.

Thank you for blessing me with this Sabbath day, for giving me a day that I can rest and remember how important you are in my life.  Thank you for always being there for me in good times and in bad.  Thank you for your corrections and for caring for me enough to guide me in your righteousness.  Thank you for guiding my path and blessing me with your Holy Spirit.

Thank you for the gift of your Torah, my tree of life.  Thank you for providing us a means to know how to walk in your ways.  Thank you for any revelations you bless me with to understand the wisdom contained in your words.  Thank you for opening my eyes and unplugging my ears to your truth, your way and your light.

Thank you for loving me so much that you gave me your son as my Messiah.  Thank you for the sacrifice He made so that I may once again be in covenant with you, and this time forever and ever.

Your works are wondrous and without compare.  Your love lasts an eternity.

Blessed are you O Lord our God who guards us and protects us with all His love and all His works.
