14 Shevat 5777

Dear Heavenly Father,

Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.

Thank you for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul.  Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world.  Father, please grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to spread your love.  Please place within me a heart filled with mercy so that I may forgive those who harm me as freely as you have forgiven me.  Thank you for forgiving me my sins and for making my waters still.  Please Father, protect me, my family, and my home from the evil in this world, I ask that you drive it away and keep it from entering my soul.  Thank you for the gift of your Torah, it is my truth, my light, and my wisdom - and through your son, Yeshua, it has become alive in the fullness of your glory.

Father, please help those lost souls out in this world.  So many of your children have turned away from you, and now they have nothing.  They are truly lost and only you can save them.  Only you can open their hearts and remove the scales from their eyes.  Only you can deliver them with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm, and lead them to your Kingdom, the land of your promise.  Father, may all the glory in this world reach up to you in the heavens and may all knees bend in honor of you.  You are the past, you are the present, and you are the future, there is no God but you.  You are our salvation and through our Messiah, Yeshua, we are saved from the debt of our sin.  May our salvation not be wasted, and may all your glory fill the heavens and the earth.

Blessed are you O Lord our God, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob who frees His people from bondage and delivers them into freedom.

Amen!
