Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world. Thank you for forgiving me my sins and for placing your spirit within me, to guide me and comfort me. Thank you for being there for me my Lord, even though I am undeserving of your attention. But you lift me up and you guide me in your truth and your wisdom. You bless me with opportunities filled with the freedom to walk in your word. You reveal to me those things you want revealed and you keep my lamp full. Father, when I knock on your door, you answer. When I call out to you, you are there. When I cry to you in my distress you comfort me. Father, thank you for being my God, thank you for delivering me from the chains which have kept me in bondage. Thank you for ripping the veil from my heart and placing your spirit within me. Please grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to spread your love. Please save my family from the debt of their sins and bring them to your Kingdom.
Blessed are you O Lord our God, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, who delivers his children from the sins that keep them in bondage.
