Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love, and one more chance to be your light to the world. Thank you for blessing me with a wife who loves me, who I guides me, and who runs our home in your wisdom and your righteousness. Thank you for the gift of three sons who are fine young men, who care about other people, and who are trying to find the path you have laid out for them. Father, I pray you open their hearts and give them your Holy Spirit. I ask you remove the scales from their eyes and let them see the glory of your handiwork. May they bend the knee and cry out to you for their salvation, and may they recognize your son, Yeshua as their Messiah. Bring them home my Lord while their is still time.
Father, please forgive me my sins and put away my transgressions. May you always pardon me for my faults, and guide me in your truth. Help me to be a better son to you, a better husband to my wife, a better father to my children, and a better servant to your children. Please show me my path, and place me on it. Guide me to my purpose and place the strength and wisdom within me to fulfill that purpose.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who gives every man his purpose, and guides him to fulfill that purpose.
