Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for one more day to spend with those I love and to be your light to the world. Please grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to show your love. Please grant me a heart of forgiveness so that I may give mercy as you have so freely given it to me. May you protect me, my family, and my home from evil, and drive temptation from us.
Father, please guard us and protect us on our journey. Please be with us and grant us a safe passage and may we reach our destination on time and in good spirits. Please grant us the patience with the crowds today, and grant us peace.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who protects us when we ask Him.
