Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your holy name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world. Father, please grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to show your love. Please fill my heart with mercy so that I may be forgiving with others just as you have been forgiving with me. I pray that you never remove your face from before me and that you continue to shine your light in front of me so I may always walk securely in your way, in your truth, and in your life. May my feet never move to left or the right so that I may walk on the path you have set and enter your Kingdom in peace.
Father, your greatness is truly unsearchable. Who can know the depths of your wisdom? Who can know the true extent of your character? You are not a man like we are. You are the creator of everything and it is you who have set everything in its course. You are the Lord of Hosts who redeemed his children with the blood of your son. You set us free in your spirit and yet we continue to disobey your commands, and turn away your love. Father, I pray that you open the eyes and hearts of all your people whom you have called your Special Treasure. I pray that you call to them and their ears will hear you. May the world turn their eyes to you and recognize you as their maker, their God. You are full of grace and mercy, patient and wise, and full of love. I am your servant, and I desire to enter your Kingdom in peace.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who gives us his Kingdom so that we may live an eternal life filled with his love and his peace.
