2 Adar-2 5776

Dear Heavenly Father,

Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised for ever and ever.

Thank you for gifting me today with your breath of life within my soul.  Thank you for this beautiful Shabbat day and for the knowledge and understanding you have blessed me with.  I am so grateful for the mercy you have shown me, and for the love you showered on me.

Thank you for blessing me with a family that is filled with love for each other and love for you.  Thank you for blessing our hearts with your presence and wisdom.  Thank you for protecting us with all your strength and attention, and thank you for correcting us when we stray from your path.  Thank you for keeping us safe from evil and providing for us the freedom to worship you and walk in your word.

Thank you for blessing me with all of our needs in life.  Thank you for blessing me with the wisdom to have a career that provides us a wonderful place to live, all the food we need, and most importantly, the ability to help those who may need our help.

Thank you for the gift of your Torah, it is the guardrail of my life, and it teaches me your wisdom.  Through this gift I am able to show your love to the nations and be your light to the world.  This is the word that your Son Yeshua lived by, it was this word that was Him.  Thank you for this gift.

Thank you for loving me so much that you sacrificed your son, so that I may once again live in your presence.  This is your ultimate gift for us, and I embrace this love, and am so grateful that my sins were taken up by Him.  Thank you for finding a way to bring us back and save us from the evil in the world.

Blessed are you O Lord our God the giver of the Sabbath Day and the Creator of all things.

Amen!
