Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your holy name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world. Father, I ask, that if it be your will, that you grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to spread your love. I pray that you grant me the patience to walk in this world full of those from other nations, full of those who don't believe. May you guide my tongue so that I may lift you up to them and may you open their ears and hearts to your wonders and your power.
Father, please deliver your children from the death of this world, and bring them back to the land of your promise. Please take mercy on them, and forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing. They have lost sight of your face and they are wondering around this world with no hope, no promise, and no salvation. But through your might, your strength, your wonders, and your wisdom you can save them my God, just as you saved your people from the bondage of slavery in the land of Egypt. Please Father, reach out your hand and touch your children, lead them from the bondage they live in today and bring them back to the land of your promise, a land flowing with milk and honey, a land filled with your presence.
Blessed are you O Lord our God, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, who leads his people from bondage to freedom.
