Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your holy name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world. Father, I pray you grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to show your love. Please place within me a heart filled with mercy so that I may be forgiving to others, just as you have been forgiving with me. Please continue to protect me, my family, and my home from evil and may your spirit always be the ruling spirit in my home.
Father, please help those people who are in distress in the mind and body. Please bring them comfort and ease any suffering they may have. Restore them Father to the glory you have placed them on this earth to receive. Lift their spirits and bring hope and love into their lives. You are the one who raises up his people, and we in turn raise you up. Your glory fills the earth, and our souls every day of our lives. We are nothing without you my Lord and through your son we have been granted eternal life.
Blessed are you O Lord our God, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob whose great works last forever.
