Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for waking and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world. Please grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to show your love. Please guard my tongue from uttering words of hate, pride, and scorn. Help me to become a better servant to you, a better husband to my wife, and a better father to my sons. Please Father, guide me along my path and make my waters still. I pray you grant me peace and tranquility all the days of my life.
Father, your greatness is unsearchable. Your heart is filled with love and mercy, and you keep your promises at all times. Your word never changes and your wonders never end. Thank you for redeeming us from Egypt, and for redeeming us from our sins. Your mighty works saved a nation from bondage and you are the one who led us out of Egypt. You are the one who wrote his ten words on the tablet. You are the one who designed the ark, and the tabernacle. You are the one who gave us life and who gave us our spirit. Father, all we have is because of you alone, for you are the potter and we are the clay, and even the clay you have created. You have molded us into your image and you have given us this land. But we are a stiff-necked people. We disobey you at every turn and yet you continue to love us. Father, please continue to help your seed grow, and plant within us strong roots dedicated to you and to your kingdom.
Blessed are you O Lord our God, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob who tends to his garden each and every day.
