Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your holy name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love, and one more chance to be your light in this world. Thank you for gracing me with your presence and for the gift of your Holy Spirit which leads me along your path of righteousness. Thank you for the gift of your Torah, for your instructions on how to live a life of blessings and how to love one another. You are truly a just and righteous God who delivered us from bondage and brought us to the land of your promise. Thank you for being there for us and for keeping us safe and alive for all these generations.
Father, please help those in this world who are lost. They walk around this land with no root to support them. Their vines have shriveled and their fruit has dried up. But through your grace and your mercy you can place a strong root within them. You can help them grow in faith and in deed, for you provide the water and the light to nourish our souls. You provide us with all we need to live a life filled with your blessings and all we need to do is to recognize you, and commit ourselves to your Torah. Father, please open the hearts of those lost souls and lead them to your Kingdom.
Blessed are you O Lord our God, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, who keeps his promises and provides all we need to live a blessed and peaceful life.
