Dear Heavenly Father,

Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.

Thank you for bringing me to this day, for breathing life into my soul and waking me from my slumber.  Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light to the world.  Father, I pray you grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk your word today.  I pray that every thought I think, every word I speak, and every action I take brings honor and glory to your name.  I pray that you continue to keep your hedge of protection over me, my family, and my home.  I pray you continue to drive evil out of our lives and keep it far from us.  I pray you keep my home united in our love for you.

Father, I ask that you please place your hedge of protection over this country and this world.  It is the enemy who brings in division, and our world is filled with it.  The people were once united under You, my Lord, but now your spirit has departed, and instead a corrupted spirit has entered the land.  A spirit of blackness, a spirit of corruption, a spirit of bribery, a spirit of unbelief, and a spirit of pride have all taken up residence in the souls of the people, and they have turned wicked.  Father, I pray for your return.  I pray that you drive the evil out of the land and save us with your spirit, your Holy Spirit that is filled with love, patience, and gratitude.  Compassion lies with you my God, and through you we can be saved.  It is never too late for your miracles to rescue us from the bondage that we ourselves have put us in.  I beg you Father to put your spirit back into the souls of all these people who have forgotten your face, and save us from the oppression of the Evil One.

Blessed are you O Lord our God who saves us with His mighty hand.
