Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this Sabbath day, for breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and to be your light to the world. Thank you for granting me the strength and wisdom to walk in your word and in your light. Thank you for granting me your mercy and forgiving me when I fall, and thank you for lifting me up when I am down. Thank you for hearing my prayers, and for keeping evil away from me, my family, and my home. Thank you for loving me so much that you gave me your only son so that I may be free and live forever in your Kingdom.
Thank you for blessing me with revelation when reading your word, and for granting me the freedom to be able to study and gather in your name. Thank you helping me understand more and more of your wisdom every day. Thank you for giving me a forgiving heart and for a life dedicated to you. Thank you for the gift of your Holy Spirit and for leading me on your narrow path.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who blesses us with this Sabbath day.
