Dear Heavenly Father,

Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.

Thank you for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul.  Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and to be your light to the world.  I pray you grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to spread your love.  Father, I ask that you continue to protect me, my family, and my home.  I ask that you keep evil far from us and that you remove temptation from our lives.  I pray you continue to keep us on your narrow path and to grant us mercy when we stray.  I ask that you put your spirit in me and lead me beside your still waters, and to never remove your face from in front of me.

Father, I pray for the salvation of those in my family who don't believe in you or in your Son.  I ask that you begin to work on their hearts to save them from this trappings of this world, and to turn their faces towards you.  They all have good and kind hearts, but their faith lies with man and not with you, and Father, I pray that you will remove the scales from their eyes, that you will open their hearts and that you will bless them with all your wisdom and your truth.  I ask that you forgive their sins, and that all of them walk in the path that you lay out for them.  I place my hope in you Father, for it is through you that salvation comes.

Blessed are you O Lord our God who saves His people through His love, His truth, His mercy, His mighty hand, and His grace.
