Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light to the world. May you grant me the strength and the wisdom to be your light and to walk in your word with all the love in my heart. May you continue to protect me, my family, and my home by keeping evil far away from us, and for not letting temptation into our lives. May my heart be full of forgiveness as you have been so gracious as to forgive me. You are my light and my hope, all things were created by you, and all things are by your design. Glory glory glory to my Lord and to His son Yeshua, my Messiah who brought me back into the light of Him.
Father, please grant peace in this world. It has been overrun by evil and now I can see with my own eyes how terrible it must have been to live in the days of Noah, in the days of Sodom and Gomorrah. Everyone is doing what is right in their own eyes instead of what you truly want. They have lost sight of your face and chaos has reigned its ugly head. We are now living in a time of division instead of unity, in a time of fear rather than trust, a time of hate instead of love. We are lost my Lord and I pray that you help your children find their way back to you. I know that the broad road leads to destruction, but my faith lies in you, and you have the power to take people off the broad road and set them on the narrow. You are our salvation, and I pray that you will bring peace upon this land.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who delivers us with an outstretched arm and a mighty hand.
