Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light to the world. I pray you grant me the strength and wisdom to walk in your word and to bring honor and glory to your name with all that I do. I ask that you continue to guard me, my family, and my home with your hedge of protection and keep evil out of our lives. I pray that you remove temptation and allow us to walk in the light of your love.
Father, please call your people home and give them peace in your kingdom. I pray you can open the hearts of all those you call your special treasure and help them remember your face. Please Father, your children are indeed rebellious and they wish to live in a world without you, and they want to follow their own heart. Father, I pray that you remove those people from power in this world. Raise up the righteous as our leader and lay low the wicked for they do indeed make the people groan. Please save us from the unrighteousness and let the people find your kingdom within them so they may have peace and experience a life filled with your love.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who gives us wisdom to live a blessed and peaceful life here on earth.
