Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world. I beg you grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to spread your love. I ask that you grant me a forgiving heart so that I may be merciful to others as freely as have been with me. Please Father, grant me the patience to walk on a path of righteousness and peace. Guide me with your light and protect me from evil.
Father, I pray that you reach out your mighty arm and save this nation. Please turn the hearts of the people back to you, and show them all your glory. You are our creator, you are our deliverer, and you are our salvation. You can guide us if only we called upon you and your name. Please Father, do not let this civilization go in the way of Sodom. Please save us from the flesh that consumes our soul. Place your spirit in the people and draw them to your light. You are our only hope.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who is the salvation of His people, Israel.
Amen!
