Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you Father for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light to the world. Thank you for guiding me along my path and for correcting me when I stray, and thank you for forgiving me my iniquities and short-comings. Thank you for blessing me with a family that is full of love for you and for each other, I pray that you guard us from the evil in this world with your hedge of protection, and that our home is always built on peace, wisdom, joy, and love for you and may it be a place where your spirit shall always abide.
Father, I ask that you lead me in my speech and in my actions. I pray that you make me a better father to my children, a better husband to my wife, a better son to my parents, and a better friend to all of mankind. You have molded me in your image, and have gifted me your spirit. You have called me back to you and you have freed me from the bondage of my old nature. Thank you for loving me so much and for granting me life eternal. May I use what time I have left here on this earth living a life that pleases you my Lord, for you are the first and you are the last, and through your son, I have been redeemed.
Blessed are you O Lord our God, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, our God who loves His children and who brings us life.
