Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light to the world. Thank you for forgiving me my transgressions and for loving me and bringing me into your covenant. Thank you for blessing me with a family that is full of love and a home that is peaceful and filled with your Spirit. May you grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to spread your love. May you never remove your glorious face from before me, and may you always guide me on your narrow path. Please Father, never let your Spirit leave me, and may you always protect me, my family, and my home from evil.
Father, please help heal this world. We are truly in the days of Sodom and Gomorrah, we call what is good evil and what is evil, good. Things have become topsy turvey in this world and you are our only hope and salvation. For everything that happens on this earth comes from you, both the good and the bad. For you even hardened Pharaoh's heart so that your glory can be shown to the world. Father, our hope and our faith rest in you, and through our Messiah we have been saved from the death that lurks at our doorstep. You have given us life and I just pray that your gift is not wasted.
Blessed are you O Lord our God Ruler of the Universe who raises up the wicked only so they may be destroyed forever.
