Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your holy name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world. Father, please grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to show your love. Please fill my heart with mercy so that I may be forgiving to others just as you have been forgiving with me. I pray you never remove your face from before me, and that the actions I take and the words I speak bring honor and glory to your name all the days of my life.
Father, please help unite this nation, and return your hedge of protection over this country. You blessed us with a leader who acts justly and is fair in his dealings. You gave us an opportunity to return to you, yet our nation seems more divided than ever. I pray that you end this hysteria over Russia, for this is nothing but an attempt by the Enemy to continue to divide, to remove your choice of our leader. Please Father, do not let the Enemy prevail. I pray you place within our President a strong heart. May he lead in righteousness and integrity. May you place your hedge of protection over him and give him a chance to lead our nation back to you. Please Father, stay with him and guide him, above all protect him from the enemies of righteousness and let your glory shine through.
Blessed are you O Lord our God the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob who protects his people from evil.
