Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your holy name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this Sabbath day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world. Thank you for granting me the strength and wisdom to walk in your word and to show your love. Thank you for showing me what it's like to forgive, for you have been so forgiving to me. Thank you for blessing me with my wife and children who are filled with love and are good, decent human beings. Thank you for opening my heart and leading me to your light. Thank you for loving me so much that you gave us your only son so that I may live forever.
Father your grace and mercy are incomparable. You are our King and our Salvation. Through your might and strength your delivered your people from the heavy bondage in Egypt. Through your mercy and grace you delivered your people from the heavy bondage of sin through the sacrifice of your son. Father, your holy spirit is truly a gift to us, and your Kingdom is filled with your Glory.
Blessed are you O Lord our God the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob who blesses us with this Sabbath day.
