Dear Heavenly Father,

Praised are you my Lord and may your holy name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.

Thank you for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul.  Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world.  Father, please grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to show you love.  Please fill my heart with mercy so I may be forgiving with others as freely as you have been forgiving with me.  Father, I ask that you never remove your face from before and that your grace and your glory light my path and secure my steps.  Please do not leave my side, and protect me from the evils of this world.  May you remove from me the ugly spirit of the flesh and allow me to produce the fruits of your spirit.  May you grant me a spirit of peace in the light of your glory.

Father, you have set up your pillars.  You have built your house, and you have created the heavens and the earth with your wisdom.  You have placed all the animals, birds and fish throughout your creation, and then you created us to watch over your works.  But we have failed you miserably my Lord.  We have neglected our job as caretakers of this great planet, and instead we have turned our focus on ourselves.  We war with each other, we put ourselves above you, and we sin in the most egregious way.  Father, we have been unfaithful to you, and I beg that you forgive us of our iniquity.  I beg that you look on us kindly and understand that we do not know what we are doing.  Your children have drifted away from you for so long, that you are nothing but a story to them.  But, I know you my Lord.   I know the power of your glory.  I know that with you all things are possible, and your miracles stay with us every day.  Father, you have the power to turn the hearts of the people back to you.  You have the wisdom to place your spirit on the souls of those who can lead your people.  You have the righteous judgment to lay low the wicked and raise up the good.  Father, thank you so much for the revelations you have given me through your word, our truth, your Torah.  You are my salvation and through you I have life.

Blessed are you O Lord our God who gives life to those who reach out to him.
