Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your holy name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world. Father, please grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to show your love. Please make all of my weights balanced and all of my measures accurate. I beg that you continue to guide my steps along the path you have set, and keep my feet from turning to the right or the left. Father, thank you for forgiving me the debt of my sins, and thank you for removing my sins far from you. You are a just, a merciful, and a loving God who is full of grace and patience. You deliver mercy to all who are righteous and you judge all who are wicked. You are the first and you are the last, there is none besides you who could bring forth the wisdom to create everything in existence. Thank you for making me aware of your presence and thank you for being kind and redeeming me.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who brings his people to his Kingdom, and who blesses us with this new moon.
