Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your holy name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this Sabbath day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world. Father, thank you for blessing me with the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to show your love. Thank you for your mercy on my soul and for granting me a place in your book. Father, you have opened my eyes and my heart to your love and your wisdom. You have blessed me with a loving family and a life filled with meaning and an occupation to keep my family in comfort. You are the source of all blessings and light that leads my way. Your glory is my goal and I am humbled that you chose to put your voice in me. Thank you for guiding my steps along your path, and thank you for keeping me grounded in your truth.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who blesses us with this Sabbath day.
