Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your holy name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world. Father, please grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to show your love. Please fill my heart with mercy so that I may be forgiving with others as freely as you are forgiving with me. Father, I pray that you never remove your face from before me and that you continue to guide my steps along the path you have set, keeping my feet from turning to the right or the left. May all of my weights be balanced and my scales accurately reflect your righteousness. Father, please continue to set your glory before me so I am always walking in your way, in your truth, and in your life.
Thank you for all your blessings in my life and in the lives of those I love. Thank you for providing us a way back into your covenant, for opening my eyes and seeing the truth of your word. Father, I am so grateful for the people you have brought into my life who have helped guide me back to you and your love. Thank you for letting me see the good in people, and for helping to discern the righteous from the wicked. Thank you for tearing the veil over my heart so that your light can wipe out the darkness within me. Thank you for taking notice of me and for setting my feet along the path to your Kingdom. For your Kingdom is an everlasting Kingdom, filled with your light, your love, and your peace. Father, thank you.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who has built his Kingdom in the heavens and has set a place there for his children.
