Dear Heavenly Father,

Praised are you my Lord and may your holy name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.

Thank you for bringing me to this Sabbath day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul.  Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world.  Thank you for opening my eyes to your son, our Anointed One, Yeshua.  You have sent him to us so that we may be redeemed from the debt of our sin, and to show us the true light of your love.  Father, your grace and your mercy are never ending and your glory lights my path.

Thank you for the blessings you have granted me in my life, but most of all for bringing a woman into my life who walks with your light and whom you have established as a wife for me.  Thank you for such a gracious gift and for showing me what true love looks like.  Thank you for providing for my sons, and for bringing a third son into my heart.  You are full of love and full of mercy.  You freed your people from bondage with an outstretched arm and a mighty hand; and you delivered them into a life filled with peace, freedom, wisdom, truth.  You brought them to a land that they did not till, nor did they sow.  But they reaped the harvest of others through your grace, and to show your glory.

Thank you so much my God.  You have brought light to my life, and love to my heart.  You have paid attention to me, who is nothing in the eyes of the world, but to you, I have meaning.  Thank you for the revelation you grant me, and for the wisdom you grace me with.  Your love and your wisdom guide my thoughts and actions, and lead me along the path you have set.

Blessed are you O Lord our God who blesses us with this Sabbath day.
