Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your holy name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world. Father, please grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to show your love. Please fill me with mercy so that I am forgiving with others just as you are forgiving with us. Father, may all my weights be balanced and all my measures fare. May you never remove your face from before me and continue to guide my steps along the path you have set, keeping my feet from turning to the right or the left.
Father, please protect your children from the evil in this world. Please cover them with your glory and keep temptation from their lives. Father, your Kingdom is an everlasting Kingdom filled with peace and love, a Kingdom that is lit by your glory. Father, I beg you set a place for me and my family at your table. Please guide us along your narrow path and let us pass through your gates. Your wonders and your miracles never cease, and you continually redeem your children from the debt of the sin we incur. Thank you for your mercy and your grace. Thank you for being there for us and for not abandoning your people. Thank you for keeping your promises and for all your just judgments.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who judges us with his righteousness and his wisdom.
